RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CFO will be responsible for formulating and executing company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the
    overall organization’s growth strategies and goals.
  • CFO will manage the financial operations daily. Manage the organization’s liquidity, cash flow and
    other financial instruments, bank relationships, ensuring efficient cash for the business.
  • CFO will build, train and manage a high-performing financial team. Oversee training programs and
    establish procedures for custody of control of assets, insurance, loan, etc.
  • CFO will implement strategies to comply with various regulations and rules including accounting
    standard, tax laws, human resources regulations and other relevant law requirements.
  • CFO will design effective sourcing strategies to secure long-term low-cost supply chains. Source key
    purchase materials from low-cost countries like China and Taiwan.
  • CFO will lead the Mergers & Acquisitions activities. Manage the whole M&A process, assess the
    financial viabilities of potential targets including competitors and suppliers, negotiate key terms,
    manage due diligence, perform valuations analysis, structure deal details and design post-acquisitions
    integration.
  • CFO will oversee the company’s capital structure. Optimize the capital structure mix of debt-equity to
    ensure enough financial resources for company’s growth. Manage the process of raising capital
    through various financial instruments such as debt, convertible notes or equity offering if needed.
  • CFO will evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment
    activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or
    other financial control functions. Prepare operational or risk reports for management and investors
    analysis. Communicate with investors and board or directors regarding the company’s financial status.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of Private Equity Fund, Investment and Finance experience, including
    progressively responsible experience in each of the following areas:
  • 2 years’ experience with financial accounting for Private Equity Funds including experience with
    project revenue.
  • 2 years’ experience with Private Equity, including experience operating in a ‘PE-like’ environment.
  • 2 years’ experience with due diligence and integration, including the functional consolidation of
    business processes and systems.
  • 2 years’ experience making actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations, includingadvising on issues, trends, and changes in the operating models.
  • 2 years’ experience developing regular and accurate forecasts to monitor financial progress against
    budget and assess the EBITDA impact of incremental investments.
  • 2 years’ experience integrating teams and/or transitioning them through significant change (e.g.,
    Mergers & Acquisitions) including experience developing and retaining A+ talents.
  • 2 years’ experience sourcing low-cost manufacturers,  setting up joint ventures and establishing
    business partnerships in China.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Must be able to read, write and speak Chinese/Mandarin.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25% International Travel to China and Taiwan required.

COMPENSATION

• Sales Development Representative 

• 50K Base with Total Compensation Projection (TCP) of 100K

• Location/ Travel: Ideal candidate must be willing to spend 5-10% traveling

SUMMARY

Responsible for selling medical products and services to hospitals and surgical centers. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximize existing relationships with customers at hospitals and surgical centers to sell Vigilant systems.

• Arrange appointments with hospital administration.

• Perform product demonstrations, implementation, and educational support.

• Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

• To call on regular and prospective customers to promote products and services.

• Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance.

• Take orders and disburse receipts.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS

• Prior Sales Experience in Medical Sales or B to B sales 

• Basic computer skills in:

• Spreadsheets

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test and implement IoT software 

• Develop, test and deploy mobile app (iOS and Android) to interact with IoT sensors

• Develop software apps that can be used for technical support

• Build connectivity layer for data access between IoT platform and analytics

• Work with electronics hardware design team to develop software to test the sensor and IoT devices

• Interface with peers from IoT team to understand and document software requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, or computer science) with a minimum of 10 years of experience with steadily increasing responsibilities as an Engineer, or a master’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, or computer science) with a minimum of 8 years of experience with steadily increasing responsibilities as an Engineer

• Hands on experience in SOAP and REST API client server communication using XML and JSON data parsing

• Experience with the following programming languages HTML5.0, Python, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS

• Experience in Android, iOS mobile applications and Web-based applications.

• Knowledge of the TCP/IP Stack

• Cloud development experience in AWS IoT

• Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases

• Experience with network protocols TCP/IP, HTTPS, CoAP/LWM2M, MQTT, BLE

• Strong knowledge of BLE is a plus

• Knowledge with network security techniques, TLS, Authentication, Public Key Cryptography, Encryption, and Secure Firmware Updates

• Good understanding and hands on experience with IoT devices and IoT Platforms

• Hands on experience developing in a Unix/Linux environment

• Experience with the development and use of IOT related technologies at the Edge: IOT protocols, local and back haul connectivity technologies and industrial sensor technologies
